I can draw a little. I repeat, A LITTLE. But that does not mean anything.
Creative people always come up with something new, they improvise, they create, they invent.
They think outside the box. 

Right now, I don't even see the box.

Bulan baru

No, I'm not talking about the new year, it's still too early. Go translate 'bulan baru' directly into english. Yes, I'm referring to the twilight movie. New moon. Surprise, surprise, I haven't seen the movie! Me, who owns of all of the twilight saga even before the movie was out... me, who lends the books out to the twilight movie fans who wants to read the novel after they fall in love with Edward in the movie (buku sampai jadi belacan selepas bertukar tangan beribu kali)..and me, who's always one of the earliest bird to catch the latest movie..Yes, as shocking as it sounds, I haven't watch the movie.

I didn't like the first movie. Twilight movie sucks BIG time. Too cheesy for my taste. But Jacob's in the second movie, so maybe it'll be better? I'm going to watch the downloaded new moon when I get it.

Ps: I predict the finale, Breaking Dawn will be the best one out of all the other twilight movies (if they ever turn it into a movie, that is), so lets look forward to it.

Oh and Happy Xmas to those who celebrate. Ho Ho Ho!

Indecisiveness

My worst trait. I am currently in a dilemma and seriously don't know what to do.

Nak blog ke tak pasal the dilemma pon I can't decide. Sigh.

Dame desu!

Why do I always attract the wrong sort of people?

We named him Mouth. He's annoying. Period. We named him Mouth because he always makes this weird gesture with his mouth - a little bit like a frown, you can say it's an upside-down smile but this one requires more effort than the usual and when used excessively can become something really, really annoying. Lets keep his description short. I don't want anyone to realize who Mouth is. He might even be reading this right now- yes, he might be you. Haha.

When you have a gossip-loving, extra-alert circle of friends, you have to be really cautious of your behaviour. A simple, innocent exchange of smile with someone of the opposite sex can result in you becoming the "bahan gossip" of the whole month. However, in Mouth's case, I did not even do anything! No smile or whatsoever, but they managed to come up with the gossip of Mouth having an interest in me! Usually having someone interested in you makes you feel good but this time I feel insulted. Nooooo, God, no!

My wonderful, extra caring friends claimed he talked to me more compared to other people. In their defense they keep repeating this one particular scene where he was supposed to talk about a matter to someone else who's more appropriate, instead he talked to me, even when I told him to talk to the other person(I'm using a lot of general terms here to avoid giving out any hint of recognition). And the fact that he insisted on giving me the extra help that I said I don't need..... Okay seriously he's just trying to prove that he's smarter than me! Grrrrrrr. Pandai-pandai je mereka nak buat cerita!

They are having fun teasing me with him, which annoys me even more! Kalau nak usik dengan lelaki hensem kegilaan ramai memang no prob, I will gladly accept, tapi Mouth is....lets face it, a pain in the ass! Aigoo. I've been avoiding him lately but apparently it is not good enough since Farah said I don't look like I mind and that he still talks to me. Yes, saya tak buat muka menyampah sebab saya baik hati, and tak sampai lagi tahap menyampah yang maksimum. Hurm maybe I should stop being the nice one, tunjuk sikit yang I'm actually annoyed with him, like what everyone else is doing. LOL.

I am loved.

I am really lousy at expressing my feelings, probably never will be any better but I hope this post will do just to all the wonderful wishes and presents from all of you.

Ninja Assassin

I've always loved ninjas(one word - Naruto) and assassins.
I used to play Ragnarok Online, if you have never heard of it go google, I'm too lazy to put a link. I chose to play a thief in RO, which later evolved into an assassin.

It is thus compulsory for me to go and watch Ninja Assassin. A combination of the two things I love! Okay so here's the review.

First of all, the movie is not for the faint-hearted, since blood is like air - it's everywhere. There are a lot slicing, stabbing, shuriken throwing, sword clashing - simply put, murder and mayhem is the theme. I went to watch the movie with Afzan, so paham-paham jela kan. We were like arghhh, urghhh, and eeewwwww sepanjang menonton. The actions are not bad, a little bit cheesy at times but is still acceptable. I love Raizo's weapon(refer to the pic)! The storyline is predictable though. Tapi tahu la kan ninja movies, you can't expect much from the plot and storyline, orang pon tengok sebab nak tengok actions.

Oh the fact that Rain is the lead actor tak mempengaruhi review eh. I am not a fan of Rain. But I adore his well-built figure in the movie though. Whoaaaaaaaaaa. Sadly orang Malaysia takde badan macam ni kan.

Karaoke a.k.a Karok according to Smaku's Dictionary is 'sesi menjerit sekuat hati sampai sakit tekak tanpa pedulikan apa orang lain fikir.'

I like to sing. If you knew me well enough, I don't even have to state that fact. You'd be rolling your eyes and silently(or bluntly) say, "Macamla ada orang tak tahu lagi."

Although suara yang tak seberapa, mungkin juga sumbang, singing is fun! Lagi-lagi kalau dengan rakan-rakan who share the same suara-tak-sedap-tapi-tak-kira-nak-nyanyi-jugak mind. Singing with someone yang terer nyanyi won't be as much fun. To make it even more exciting wajib nyanyi lagu-lagu lama, blues ke, boyband's, lagu jerit-jerit, dangdut pon layan! Oh, sila menari sekali jika berbakat.

I guess you'd be wondering right about now of how teruk my voice is. Hahaha. I've thought of uploading a video of our karaoke day just now tapi siapa entah yang bijak sangat, record the video with the Mute mode on! LOL. You should feel lucky though. You'll regret watching it especially if you have your headphone or earphone on.

Serious ni, rasanya boleh sampai 120dB. Memang pencemaran bunyi.

   "Kenapa pulak?" I asked.
   "Dia sibuk nak call Amad, ajak keluar lah. Amad dah bagi alasan macam-macam." he complained.
   "Jap jap. Shila ni yang mana satu? Bukan yang hari tu kan, hari tu tak silap nama Timah."

Amad ni banyak cakap, suka bercerita. The most talkative compared to my other two brothers. He talked to me about a lot of things.

   "Bukanla, yang ni Shila. Memanglah Amad ada minat dia dulu, tapi tak pernah cakap pon kat dia. Kawan - kawan dia bagitau dia kot, sekarang dia pulak nak ngorat Amad." 
   "Loh, kata minat dulu. Sekarang dia dah minat, layan je lah." I couldn't see the problem.
   "Dulu dia macam lain sikit. Nampak macam jenis jual mahal la, tapi sekarang dia pulak tergedik - gedik dengan Amad. Tak nak lah." 

Ah, I see. I was actually surprised bila tahu Amad pikir macam tu. I thought lelaki takkan tolak perempuan ajak keluar, especially the one he has a crush on. I didn't expect Amad, my teenage brother would act this way. His judgement was better than I thought. Haha.

   "Kesianlah jugak kat dia Mad. Kawan jela." I tried to empathize with the girl.
   "Hmm, Amad pikir nak cakap dengan dia Amad tak boleh keluar sebab SPM dah dekat. Kalau nak keluar lepas SPM la."
   "Tapi lepas SPM kan ada PLKN." Yes, Amad is one of 'the chosen one' destined to go to the national service.
   "Haaaaa. Memang pon." he grinned.

I admit, I am no expert at cooking. Especially when compared to my housemates. Prolly because I don't cook much. Dah tak minat. Nak buat macam mana. I only cook when I have to. I don't find cooking interesting. Eating, on the other hand, is my passion.

Don't go perempuan-kenalah-pandai-masak on me, I know that. Like I said, I'll do it when I have to. It's not that I can't cook, it's more to the question of nak ke tak, and cooking is not really my thing so sangatlah malas. I know what you are thinking, "Nanti dah kahwin....." Geez. I know my responsibilities. Who do you think yang bagi makan orang kat rumah tu bila Emak pergi outstation.

I hate small minded people. Perempuan kena pandai menjahit, masak, menghias, make up, blablablabla. Right, and you are perfect la kan. Whatever, I feel like I'm wasting my time even by discussing this right now.

Luckily none of my three brothers are smokers.
The only exception goes to Ayah.
Owh no offense, yer, smokers. Just a personal opinion.
Although as a future member of  the healthcare team (eceyhhh) I do advise you to stop smoking.

Scene I

 Atuk baru bangun tido. Tiba - tiba,
   "Mana senapang Atuk? Nampak senapang Atuk?"
Dah sudah...apa pulak ni..
   "Atuk mana ada senapang," I answered.
   "Ada lah. Mana la pegi senapang ni.."
Amad pulang dari sekolah. Serta merta Atuk bertanya,
   "Kau nampak senapang Atuk?"
Amad terpinga - pinga then he looked at me. I can only smile.
   "Atuk mana ada senapang," jawab Amad.
   "Eh. Tak ada eh."
Atuk duduk kembali.

FYI, Atuk is a former policeman.

Scene II

   "Atuk, makan malam!" I called him.
   "Lapar seharian Atuk tak makan apa-apa. Macam ni lah hari - hari tak cukup makan..blablablabla," Atuk nagged.
   "Kan tengahari tadi Atuk ada makan," I couldn't help but to defend myself. I served him lunch, bagi makan ubat, etc.
   "Oh yer?" said Atuk.

Cuba bayangkan. You take a great care of someone but they act like you couldn't care less about them. I'm hurt. I know I should not feel this way, since Atuk memang sakit lupa, dementia kot, tapi tak boleh tahan jugak kadang - kadang.

Moral of the story: Jaga kesihatan. Bila - bila nikmat itu boleh ditarik balik. You never know.

Though I am not proud of it, I shall speak only the truth and nothing else but the truth:
I am the complete opposite of a workaholic. Pemalas yang unggul. Tak berkaliber langsung.

WK asked me about the mag. Come to think of it, the editor, sub-eds and most of the other board members are now halfway around the world. Di negeri omputih itu, probably main bagpipes. So yea, the mag is all up to the few of us MPs now. Dang.

Unfortunately, I have neither the motivation nor the inspiration to do anything about it at the moment. I am brain dead.
Which really sucks sebab if mag tu tak jadi, everyone will put the blame on me -  Lets ignore the fact that Smak bermati-matian tamau jadi head hari itu tetapi tetap dipaksa (big BOO to voting system), and say: Smak tak buat kerja!

I don't want to be an a**hole. What we need right now are solutions, not complaints.
I think we need to find new people to help and figure this out a.s.a.p.

1. Scaling needed! Tapi bulan puasa pulak.
2. Baked (for the first time). But not worth mentioning, really.

4. I need it to be more than just a habit. My prayers. Solat. I want it to be more meaningful, not just turun naik bangun duduk 5 kali sehari. Working on it. 
5. Baju raya most prolly be black & white, and red..or is it peach? ke cream? Am not sure which colour is more dominant.
6. Following the advice of my beloved friends, I'm currently "manhunting". So hey, are you single?
7. Oh yea, I want someone handsome to flirt with to boost my confidence. *wink 
8. One more thing, I finally know my real ciri-ciri. Definitely not like someone's "free hair, manja, kaya." Heh.

Sahur story #1

Just finished sahur with Mom, Amad, Wan and Toksu.
Guess what they've been talking about? One of my cousins yang bujang terlajak.
And guess where this led to? Mom asked me whether i already have a "friend". I was like, I'm 22 Mom, just 22! I'm not at the age where I have to worry about not having someone special in my life..at least not yet! Right?? There's nothing wrong being single at this age. I'll worry about it when I reach..hurm..26? Hopefully tak payah la sampai that point though. Agak pathetic la kalau begitu. Haha. Besides, ayah yang suruh kawan je ramai ramai for the time being. Just being a good daughter yang mengikut kata kata ayah. Hehe.

Geez, I dont get la orang orang tua ni. Kalau ada boyfriend pon bising, tak ada pon bising.

Crushed & Crashed

Today I followed Suraya to watch KLDC's practice at Mont Kiara.
I think it's obvious that I have a thing for drummers.
Mereka sangat cool....plus handsome.
Well, not all, but this one guy I met today sangatla menarik hati. Hahaha.
I nearly have a crush on him when Suraya said,
"tak silap aku dia dah kahwin la."

Duhh, of course. Zaman ini lah bermulanya legacy Smak/Smaku..

Ahhhh....kisah lama tak payah la dikenang kan...

No I dont think so. I looked pretty normal - geeky, in fact. I tried to stay invisible, especially to the wardens.

A couple of seniors who had everything - looks, brains, talents, charisma, etc etc. I wonder what they lack of - nobody's perfect, no?

Time form5. PakYem yg disayangi itu caught a few of us menyanyi dgn gembiranya kuat2 time prep pastu suruh berdiri depan the whole form4 class suruh nyanyi balik. Juniors dgn blur nye tengok...

Skip class eh..hurm..tak pegi prep class banyak la. Class jarang kot. Tader keje nak dok dorm sorang2.

OMG this is embarrassing tp pernah nyorok dalam wardrobe penuh dgn pail time warden check dorm. Semata2 nak skip ko-ko. 2 orang pulak tu dalam satu wardrobe. Pastu dalam wardrobe tu pernah ade hamster senior mati. Sangkar die still ade. Scary kot.

Who doesn't?

Individually, tak pernah kot. Collectively as one batch, pernah kot.

Funniest: En Syamsul kot.

I've been in & out of almost everything. Band sekejap mase f1, pastu KRS kot, pastu PKBM(L). Clubs include ELS, Unesco, Bahasa Jepun, Sejarah & Geog. Games .. volleyball & badminton.

2) What did you have to bring to your CCA?
Blur sekejap. Kena bawak ape???

3) What did your CCA required you to do?
Sangat banyak benda yang tak pernah buat sebelum tu. Huhu.

4) Got injured?
No, nothing serious. But I fainted for the first time in my life during a band practice mase form1. I learned to never skip breakfast when you know you have to stand still for long hours under matahari yang terik. Padan muka diri sendiri.

School did not really change me, it was part of me, made me who I am today.

Of A Moth & A Cockroach

Staying up late with Seven yesterday, I think we wasted time chit-chatting for hours about, hurm, let me see...masalah sosial remaja masa kini, our old days in primary school (the good old times where we didn't even study but still managed to ace the exam effortlessly), Seven's past love, which eventually leads to the usual topic - jerks, David Cook vs David Archuletta (ulangan American Idol was on the tv pada masa itu) and banyak lagi which i already forget.

It was fun, up till the moment when a kupu-kupu flew in and started to launch an attack on me! I freaked out, and smacked the moth with Biopharmacy 3 module notes I'm holding, but it remained intact and soon was flying around the living room chasing after me. Yes, it seemed like the kupu-kupu decided that I'm the weaker human and made me its target. I ran into Farah's room, diejek for being scared of a kupu-kupu, and later discovered that the moth had flew away. Safe~

I remember one time in INTEC I had the same experience with a cockroach. I don't know why but insects seemed to have this weird tendency to fly directly to me instead of other people in the room. Human bodies do not secrete pheromone, do they??

Anyway, I noticed one difference between the experience with the moth and the one with the cockroach:

Ini seekor kupu-kupu.


Ini Ozzy.



I smacked the cockroach harder than I do the moth.

Seriously, there's a difference in both strength and determination between the 'smackings' of those two.

Which makes me think:

"Saya memilih rupa kah????????!!!!!"

Dang, I may be a b**** who judges the book by its cover.
