Here's how the story goes. The girl in red (Sohee from Wonder girls) is a vampire who's in love with a human. The human wants to cure the vampire, so he goes out and finds a cure for her, hoping that they can be together and she won't die, but he later dies in a car crash or something. The vampire doesn't know he's dead and she waits and waits for him to come back. Her time is soon running out and in the end she's going to die without the cure.
